If you're a single parent in Central Florida struggling to keep the lights on, put food on the table, clothe your kids, or keep a roof over your head — call us. A real person answers.

There's no form to fill out and no queue to wait in. You talk to someone, you tell them what's going on, and we work out a plan together.

What we help with

• Utility bills — before a shutoff, or after one
• Food — for you and your kids, today
• Clothing — for kids who've outgrown what they have, or need something for school or winter
• Housing — help staying in your home, or finding your footing if you've lost it

If your struggle doesn't fit neatly into one of these, call anyway. We work it out family by family, not from a checklist.

What happens when you call

1. You call, and someone answers. Not a machine, not a form that goes into a void — a person.
2. You tell us what's going on. As much or as little detail as you're ready to give. We're not here to judge you; we're here to help.
3. We talk through a plan together. What you need most right now, and what we can do about it.
4. We follow through. A bill paid, groceries bought, a family kept housed — concrete help, not a promise to "look into it."
