Who we are

This is the website of Knights of the Higher Order Ministries (KOTHOM), a Christian ministry based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, founded and led by Pastor Andrew S. Trexler ("Pastor T"). This policy explains what information the site collects about you, and what we do with it.

The short version

We don't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising on this website. Nothing about your visit is tracked, recorded, or sold. The only information we ever have about you is what you choose to send us — by email or by phone.

What we collect, and when

We do not collect any information automatically when you browse this site. There are no cookies, no visitor analytics, no tracking scripts, and no advertising trackers of any kind. We can't tell how many people visited a page, where they came from, or what they clicked — because we've chosen not to install anything that would tell us.

The only time we receive information from you is when you give it to us directly:

• Emailing us at Knightsofthehigherorder@gmail.com — through the "Get Help" or "Become a Knight" links, or on your own.
• Calling us at 689-123-4567.
• Writing to us at 380 Lake Ontario Court, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.

Whatever you include in that message — your name, your contact details, and anything you tell us about your situation — is what we have. We don't ask for more than we need to help you or receive your gift.

How we use it

We use what you send us for the reason you sent it: to respond to a request for help, to receive a gift, to answer a question, or to arrange pastoral care. We don't use it to build a profile of you, and we don't sell it or share it with advertisers. Giving today

The "Become a Knight" and "Legacy Donations" links on this site currently open an email to us rather than a payment form — we don't yet process gifts online. Nothing you type into your own email program is sent to or stored by this website; it travels through your email provider and ours, the same as any other email.

How we protect what you send us

Email you send us passes through your email provider and ours, like any other email. We keep the messages we receive for as long as we reasonably need them to help you or to keep records a ministry should keep, and no longer than that.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
